Our 16.52 m (20 yard) lap and recreation pool is the largest in Costambar, reserved for residents and guests. There’s also a rooftop gazebo with views of both the ocean and the mountains. The complex is gated with high security walls, off-street parking, full lighting at night, and 24-hour staff including an overnight security guard.

Vaulted ceilings and the hilltop position pull natural ocean breezes through the building year-round. Screened windows and openings throughout keep the air moving. For warm nights, every bedroom has a high-efficiency air conditioning unit, and every room has a controlled ceiling or wall fan.
Water and power you can count on
Seahorse has its own fresh water well plus 20,000 gallons of combined city water and captured rainwater storage on the roof — so showers, laundry, and a full pool are never a question. For power, the complex runs a Cummins 40 KW silent diesel generator in its own casita, backed by a transformer that steps Puerto Plata city power down to a stable 110V to protect your appliances from surges. Each condo also has a battery inverter, and owners can add a personal inverter for true 24-hour supply.
